Our cutting-edge Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) oxygen generators offer an efficient and reliable on-site solution for producing high-quality oxygen gas. Utilizing advanced PSA technology, these generators operate on a unique working principle that ensures optimal performance and consistent output.
The process begins with compressed air undergoing thorough filtration and purification to eliminate any residual water, oil, and dust particles. This purified air then enters the adsorption vessel, which is filled with a specially designed molecular sieve material.
As the air passes through the molecular sieve, nitrogen molecules are selectively adsorbed, while the desired oxygen gas is allowed to pass through unhindered. The resulting product gas boasts an impressive purity of 93+/-3% (90%-96%), meeting the demands of a wide range of applications.
For even more stringent requirements, our PSA oxygen generators can be equipped with an additional purifier, enabling the production of ultra-high purity oxygen at 99.5%. This level of purity is ideal for sensitive applications in industries such as healthcare, research, and advanced manufacturing.

In medical applications, we typically provide two groups of PSA oxygen generators that can work in alternating or parallel modes to ensure uninterrupted supply. As a backup measure, oxygen cylinders are integrated into the system to maintain continuity in case of any shutdown. Our generators are equipped with comprehensive monitoring systems that continuously track critical working parameters such as flow, purity, and pressure, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
To cater to diverse operating conditions, we have developed special types of oxygen plants:

High Altitude Type: Designed to operate efficiently in high-altitude plateau environments (such as Tibet) where oxygen deficiency and low oxygen partial pressure are common challenges.
