Firstly it prolongs the storage time of mother liquid with more stabler compositions, which decreases its consumption to save cost.
Secondly using nitrogen will reduce the evaporation and consumption of sodium hydrosulfite and caustic soda by sealing dye vat.
Thirdly using nitrogen extends the the rate of dyeing by prolonging the dyeing liquor permeation time.
Fourthly using nitrogen reduce the consumption of dye liquor to 2/5 of not using it, which not only reduces cost but also is benefit for environment protection.
