Our advanced Cryogenic O2/N2/Ar plants efficiently generate high-purity oxygen, nitrogen, and argon. They can produce oxygen alone or both oxygen and nitrogen in gas or liquid form.
The process involves purifying and cooling air to cryogenic temperatures, turning it into liquid air. The components are then separated through rectification in a fractionating column based on their different boiling points.
Rectification involves multiple stages of partial evaporation and condensation, gradually separating oxygen and nitrogen. The liquid becomes richer in oxygen at higher trays, while the vapor is richer in nitrogen.
Our plants optimize the rectification process for maximum efficiency and purity. The produced gases can be delivered in gaseous or liquid form, meeting diverse industrial needs.
